The pioneering clothing company’s employees will contribute 5% of their paid work hours volunteering for the Island Institute. This new partnership supports the company’s good-natured ethos, and bolsters efforts of the Island Institute toward Maine’s island and remote coastal communities. In the spirit of his successful business model at Tom’s of Maine, Tom Chappell now encourages Ramblers Way employees to donate their time in an effort to fully immerse themselves in the company values, which speak to quality, ethics, sustainability and community support.
